What this covers

This policy applies to:

  • Gift vouchers (Hour of Power and similar)

  • Consultations (virtual or in-person)

  • Downloadable digital guides (PDFs and similar)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind on gift vouchers, consultations, or digital downloads.

Digital products (downloadable guides)

  • Once your guide is delivered (download link issued), sales are final.

  • If you experience a technical issue (e.g., link doesn’t work or file is corrupted) contact hello@nikkimcgar.com within 7 days and we’ll re-issue access.

  • If there is a major problem with the product under the ACL (e.g., not as described), you may be entitled to a remedy.

Consultations (Hour of Power & other booked sessions)

  • Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule without charge.

  • Late cancellations / no-shows: Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be forfeited (or incur a re-booking fee at our discretion).

  • Service issues: If we can’t deliver your session as agreed (e.g., illness, unforeseen event), we’ll offer a new time or, where required by the ACL, a refund.

Gift vouchers

  • Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase (per ACL).

  • Transferable: Vouchers are transferable to another person at no cost.

  • Not redeemable for cash: Except where required by law.

  • Lost/stolen: Please treat like cash, lost or stolen vouchers can’t be replaced.

  • Booking: Sessions are subject to availability; please book early to secure preferred dates.

  • Use: Vouchers may be used for eligible services listed on our site at the time of redemption.

Australian Consumer Law (your rights)

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a product or service fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to have the failure remedied as required by the ACL.
