At Nikki McGar Interiors, we offer digital products and services. As such, we do not ship physical goods. Please review how each type of purchase is delivered:
1. Digital Guides (PDF downloads)

Digital guides are delivered instantly via email and/or a download link on the order confirmation page.

If you do not receive your guide within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

For technical issues with downloads, contact hello@nikkimcgar.com within 7 days and we’ll re-issue access.
2. Consultations

Consultations are not shipped; they are delivered either virtually (via Zoom) or in person (depending on location and availability).

Once purchased, you will receive an email to confirm and book your session.

For in-person consultations, we service the greater Geelong area. Projects further afield are usually conducted virtually, unless otherwise arranged.
4. No Physical Shipping
We do not ship physical products (except for optional printed gift vouchers on request). You will not be charged for shipping at checkout unless specifically agreed otherwise.
